 Powerbond Race Performance Balancer The POWERBOND Race Series brings the advantages of bonded balancers to high revving race and street/race applications where an SFI approved balancer is required. Every Race Series POWERBOND balancer features a precision CNC machined AUSI 1045 forged steel hub bonded to an equally strong steel inertia ring. The steel inertia ring of the Race Series models is positively protected against forward and backward movement and has the assurance of bonded rubber to eliminate spinning. Every model has easy to read computer etched timing marks. 2015 Hyundai Sonata shows off at the New York auto show
Wed, 16 Apr 2014Hyundai dished more details about its redesigned 2015 Hyundai Sonata at the New York auto show, including plans to introduce a “Sport” trim level for the U.S. market to compete with the Toyota Camry SE and Honda Accord Sport. “We were actually able to do quite a lot,” to differentiate the sporty Sonata version and a couple more variations, said John Shon, product planning manager for Hyundai Motor America.

While it may sound like a slogan for a new line of women's cosmetics, this theme does in fact center on the increasingly relevant field of electric vehicle (EV) design; or more specifically the need to combine sustainable powertrains with attractive, well executed design.
New car sales up by 3% on 2013
Thu, 06 Mar 2014ANOTHER RISE in new car sales in February has meant purchases have increased every month for two years. A total of 68,736 vehicles were registered last month - a 3% rise on the total for February 2013, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. Sales for the first two months of this year have totalled 223,298 - a 6.1% rise on the total for the first two months of 2013 SMMT chief executive Mike Hawes said the two years of continuous growth was "a real endorsement of consumer confidence and the attractiveness of the new car market".
